Training Application Forms

Please download/print and return the completed application form for all bookings, with in 7 days of making of your booking.

Prestige training can not guarantee any booking is secure without evidence of an application form and/or supporting documents.

If applying for MOT tester training 1&2 / 4&7 you will need to also send a copy the following evidence

-National Insurance Number

-Driving license

-Any/all Level 3 NVQ qualifications or equivalent (not applicable for Class 1&2)

CPD/ANNUAL ASSESSMENT bookings do not require an application from

MOT Test Centre Management training and MOT Tester training candidates will need to create an MOT testing service account before your first training or exam. You may be asked for your new username when you arrive.
